Why are there separate logins for Fleet Manager and the Pro Store?

For many of our partners, the people who purchase monitors through our Pro Store are different than the regular users of Fleet Manager. With that in mind, we’ve kept these systems separate for the time being.

How do I sign up for access to the Pro Store?
To sign up as a Sense Pro Reseller, please complete our reseller application and agreement at sense.com/proagreement
How do I sign up for access to Fleet Manager?

Fleet Manager is intended for partners who expect to deploy 10 or more monitors to help them manage installations and view their online status. In order to be eligible for fleet manager, please fill out our Sense Pro form here  to get signed up as a Sense Pro Reseller.

Once you have access to your pro account and order 10 or more monitors, you may sign up for Fleet Manager here. Our partnerships team will review your information and email you with a username and temporary password once your account has been set up.


How do I add new users to my Fleet Manager team?
Log in to Fleet Manager and navigate to the ‘Settings’ screen by hovering over your name in the top right corner of the app. Inside settings, click ‘Team’ in the left column. This will reveal the ‘Team Management’ screen, where you can add or remove members. When adding a new member, you can choose whether they are an ‘Admin’ (with full access to all functionality) or a ‘Member’ (with access only to portions of the app that you select). You can update the privileges of any member by clicking on their name in the ‘Team Management’ section.
